The rules that apply when you shop with us.
Kaniwa is an online store selling imitation jewellery to customers in India, operating at https://kaniwa.in. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this store; "you" means the person using the site. Our full legal entity name, registered address and GSTIN appear on every tax invoice we issue.
You may browse without an account. Placing an order requires an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it — keep your sign-in details private.
We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, resale abuse, or repeated payment failures.
All prices are shown in Indian rupees and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. The GST component is shown separately on your invoice.
We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If a pricing error is obvious and material, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before dispatch.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address is not serviceable.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your full card details.
If a payment is captured but the order fails to confirm, the amount is refunded automatically to the original payment method.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer forum where you reside, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
