We deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes. You can check a PIN code on any product page before you buy.
Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. Below that a flat fee of ₹59 applies. The exact charge is always shown before you pay.
Orders are usually packed within one working day. Metro deliveries typically take 2–4 working days; other locations 4–7 working days.
Consignments sent through India Post can take longer, and their scans are usually uploaded once a day — a quiet tracking page does not mean the parcel has stopped moving.
As soon as a courier is assigned you get an email with the tracking number, and every scan appears on the tracking page for that order.
Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If every attempt fails the parcel returns to us, and we refund the order once it is back with us, less any shipping already incurred.
